Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Product Condition
Items must be new only, unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.
Products showing signs of use, installation, or damage are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products within the 30-day return window.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Any price difference and applicable shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

A return authorization is required before returning any product.

Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping labels are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A 15% restocking fee, calculated from the product price, applies to all approved returns, except in cases of confirmed defects or shipping damage.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as PoolNStuff is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
We will review the claim and offer a refund or exchange as appropriate
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to safety, regulatory, or manufacturer restrictions, including but not limited to:
